How long does my order take to ship?

Ready-to-Ship Products: In-stock stationery ships within 2–3 business days.

Personalized Products: Custom stationery typically requires a design and proofing process. Digital proofs are sent within 2 business days of your order, and once approved, production takes approximately 7–10 business days.

Wedding and event orders: Due to the detailed nature of weddings and large event orders, please allow 3–4 weeks from proof approval to delivery. Rush options may be available upon request.

What is your return policy? 

Because the nature of our products are custom, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not completely satisfied or there is an error on your order, please let us know within 3 business days of receiving your order.
